Yo man,sorry to hear life has been dealing you a hicky hand.

This is a great listen. A boiling pot of rock and roll with your Jagger like vocals on the top.

The mix is a bit unsorted. The vocals and the drums are kinda lost,but nevertheless it's plain to see this would be dynamite with a little tweaking. Love those synths coming and going.

Top work MFJ. It's a lot easier to get a decent mix than to write a decent song,so you are ahead of the game.

I hope things pick up forya man.

Hey @Morefrog Jones - I really like the vibe of this. Cool sound.... good lyrics, really nice melody, I like the arrangement and instrumentation. I do think that the mix needs some work... I've not got the technical ability to give you better feedback than it needs a bit of work. Didn't diminish my enjoyment of the song but I guess it would enhance the experience if it was crisper...

Hi Morefrog good to have you back on the forum. I think the song has a lot of potential but as the others have said the mix is holding it back. Vocals definitely feel thin and it's not your voice as you have a great jagger like vocal on your other songs. Drums also seem very low in the mix

I like this a lot. Sorry to hear life's been sucky, and hope it's getting better. Your singing sounds great. Great lyrics and melody. I agree the mix sounds unfinished. I'm not capable of giving advice on that, but it just sounds like it needs some tweaking. Other than that, you have a solid song.

Strong melody here, and a song with almost two choruses. It's got a retro feel to it, I'm reminded of all sorts in this cool mash up of styles, maybe The Who, The Verve and Inspiral Carpets to name but three, ha ha! Sorry that's just me, and I did mean that to come across as a compliment. Cool ending too with that guitar outro and quick fade.
