The electric guitar is recorded to a world class standard on this - like an aeroplane taking off  !

love the 90's vibe.

@montydog

 Thanks a lot Alan, we deliberately did an Oasis style song for two reasons, firstly because everyone says we sound like them, but we don't see it, so we thought we what the hell lets give it a go, secondly. we aim to license our tracks for tv and video use, and they are always asking for songs that "sound like" so we are trying to build a catalogue of different genres and styles. Anyway, glad you enjoyed it

@Featherstone

Thanks Ben, I really enjoyed doing the guitar as its a bit different to the usual stuff we do, so I'm really glad you like it.

Thanks for taking a listen, Cheers Mikey

I really like this.
I hesitated listening because of the many oasis references.
I suppose at least one of them brothers is a decent songwriter.

There's much to like here. The composition, the production, the performance, all very well done.
Better than any oasis song I know of.

Well done!
It's either this or that, then again it might be the other.

I can promise you a future of slow decline.

And there you have it.

@Rightly , thanks for taking a listen, I take it you're not a big Oasis fan then :), we are always being told on here that we sound like them, but its not our intention, and apart from this time we can't normally hear any similarity, thanks for judging the song on its own merit, and we are chuffed that you enjoyed it.

Cheers, Mike and Andy

I like this a lot. I think the YouTube version sounds better, fuller, and more dynamic. The sound cloud version sounds a bit muffled in comparison. Great lyrics, well sung and performed.

Ah, this is great!

A real britpop sound. And yes it sounds a bit like Oasis - nothing wrong with that.
I guess it was in your intentions :)

Liked the song very much.

Looking forward to read the lyrics too!

Best wishes

@redrhodie Thanks Lynn, glad you like it, we thought the Youtube version was better too, they seem to compress it less, soundcloud can sometimes spoil a good mix when they normalise it.

@Tor Løvstad Thanks Tor, we did intend to do an Oasis style track, so we are pleased that a lot of people say it sounds like them, the lyrics are in the 3rd post on page 1 if you want to have a look at them.

Thanks to all who have taken the time to reply.

Cheers, Mike and Andy
