The single off of my album. It has a haunting psychedelic feel to it.  Almost like a carnival themed nightmare.

Let me know what you think.  The album it comes from has a wide variety of sounds from acoustic folk to pop rock. But there is that psych rock feel encompassing it all.
The album itself if about going through a lifetime knowing you can be born again. Took a year but it's something that has a lifetime of meaning to me.

Hello!

Firstly I would really start of by even out the volume of the intrumentals and the vocals. Right now you are soaring way over the track. I like the idea of double tracking vocals. But to make it sound even smoother, you should choose one to have as a main track and it will sound more full. I am also a big listener to the modern age psychedelic rock, and if you are looking for that sound, I say, add some layered synths in the mix!

I like the "Being for the benefit for Mr. Kite"-theme (or carnival, I suppose it's the same thing really). You could really make something more out of this track!

Really like the Psych style. The drums are great. Im not the best mixer by any means but in my opinion the drums are a little drowned out in the mix. The lead synth at around 2 minutes is so sick. Keep it up mate.

I think you got what you wanted.
A bit like physco Specials. Love the discordant mellotrone and guitar solo.
Only suggestion I have is the tambourine patten appears out of synch on occasions.
Good look.

Hey man I really like this track, really got that creepy 'carnival' theme going. I also listened to some of your other songs, which I like even more! You have a really great feel for instrumentals. I'll take my time to listen to your lyrics some more. But I really love this. I'll be sure to listen to your album in full. Keep it up man, you've got a new follower in me! (Themis on soundcloud btw :) )

Hey Nameless....

Everybody will be disappointed if I don't mention your tendency to sing "woodjoo" and "don'tchoo" instead of "would you" and "don't you". If you had provided lyrics, I would have pointed out the exact examples.

Other than that, I'll leave the crits to the experienced mixer people here, since I know nothing about that stuff. You've gotten some good ideas already, I see.

I'm no good at identifying genres, either, but if this is psychedelic rock, then I'm pretty sure I like psychedelic rock. :D
