This is a really nice song from the intro to the end. it is enjoyable and I have to say that these are the kind of song makes me feel that I am listening to music.

I was wow! after the intro that short brake then into the vocal that was smooth and wonderfully done.

I think this is a kind of song that can get attention, but can it climb the pop charts? I don't know. You have a well written and sounding song here I hope you share it around and give it the full exposure of which it truly deserve.

Great verse lyrics - few words but the message is undiluted.


I got on less well with the chorus - I think it seemed to take the pace down a notch and I wanted it to feel somehow more triumphant? It could be the pauses in the lines, not sure.


Also (being super picky) I heard "the cynics' slip" so I'd probably try to phrase that line differently.


Overall, still good of course, perhaps not my fave of yours that's all.

Great to hear some new material from you, always top class. And this is good poppy stuff if it feels a tad under finished. Love your voice and soaring strings. I think the chorus needs some BVs to give it more lift.
