Hey John
A delight... another one of your 'social observation' songs which always hit the spot. Really nicely put together instrumental section towards the end too. Love the line about the snort and sniff. (I don't have a hot tub, but you're welcome to come round and sit in the bird bath if you like.)
It's all too beautiful.

Big sound in my headphones.

Excellent and fun little number...got quite a few 50's rock'n'roll touches. Trem on the guitar is brilliant and the guitar work is super all-round

Love the lyrics...reminds me of one of my favourite phrases..."Pretentious? Moi?"

Brilliant!

Your songs always make me smile. Another fun one. I also thought Elvis Costello.

lovely pop tune!
It's hard to get it out of my head now. Lol.
I've always steered clear of reggae myself but this is a very motivating track for me.
Reminds me how far I have to go!
It's either this or that, then again it might be the other.

I can promise you a future of slow decline.

And there you have it.

Loved the instrumental break especially...nothing wrong with the vocal...just loved that bit...special.

Wacky Wednesday lines are good. That phrase just sings so well...or you sing it so well. Bvs good.

Nice uplifting number...yeah a bit 50sish sounds but 2 Tone too....your roots are showing!
Take it easy.

Real uplifting song.

I want to live where you live.... At least on Wednesdays

Has a real Specials/ Madness feel for me, like that Reggae rift too.

Well done

Great song - clean sound of a kind I would like to be able to achieve myself. The harmonies really lift it for me. Did you have a destination in mind for this song, i.e. any particular artist to pitch it to?

PJ,

You are incredibly prolific! This must be the first hot tub song in the history of the world. Personally, the idea of a hot tub fills me with dread but they are incredibly popular. I like the observational style and the pay off at the end is excellent. I also loved your guitar tone and excellent playing. I great piece of fun very nicely produced.

John,
Good work. Like the whole vibe and subject matter.
Turn up the vocals though so you sit atop the platter.
