Interesting in depth article - from Izotope - no product sale involved.

Well worth a read if you're serious about mixing and learns pro tips. Not sure I have the patience to apply but good advice methinks so thought I'd share - https://www.izotope.com/en/community/blog/tips-tutorials/2018/02/what-separates-a-demo-from-a-polished-mix.html?utm_medium=Email&utm_source=ACS&utm_campaign=2018+Hi+Five&utm_content=Mar+3&utm_term=All

Hope its of some use.

Thanks Neil

Any advice is worth reading. The trouble with me is that it takes an age to really learn my DAW, then another age to learn plugin x then another for plugin y, then how to mix, then how to master, then how to play, then...then...then the software is upgraded and you have to go back a few steps...

I tend to pick a tiny tip and try it, and if it's good I will remember it.
