Ok, this really is a sketch. Not mixed or produced and arrangement changing all the time. Vocals and melody in 15 minutes this afternoon and only goes to 2nd chorus.
,just wondering what people think

its another collaboration with a singer, so it's a balancing act between stuff i put in and ideas she brings to the sessions. Unashamedly 'pop'

lyrics in no way finished, some just repeated to fill gaps (not even sure it makes sense)

I love the sound of her voice as well. Sounds a bit jazzy to me.
I think the song has got potential, very contagious melody.

Yes, this started as a soul 12 bar blues, but to fit in with the style of the previous song I posted the structure harmony was altered slightly.
All focus has been on the tune  and backing vocals, also done by the lead singer
