I've got my second demo track up on Soundcloud...

But firstly wanted to say thanks for positive feedback, it's really appreciated and answer some of your questions about my 6 month challenge to write a hit record.


Hi Katie Wilson, no idea when the fully finished song will come to light, I'm aiming to release a new demo track every two weeks, hopefully after 6 months I'll have 12 tracks, then see where to go from there.


Howdie Martin & The S, I'm planning to write a new demo track every two weeks, yea there are a couple of audio f ups on the track, hope to improve quality going forward, I'm learning LOGIC Pro as I go on. In terms of what a hit song is, yes there is a huge variety of genres. My goal is to write or co-write a song of whatever genre that becomes a top 40 hit in the UK and or any other country. Easy, ha!

Hello PompeyJazz, good point, I am spending too much of precious time making the Vlogs, I'm also going to be starting another weekly Vlog on a Monday evening yes! But that will just be a song performance, sometimes live, sometimes pre-recorded, that will be going out on Facebook initially.

OK the new demo track was an attempt at a pop song, not my normal genre by any stretch. It was written from the point of view of a woman.
