Great production and guitar work. Makes me think of Led Zep's Kashmir in its majestic processional quality. Epic stuff!

Hey Kevin

I like this and agree with Pompey the psychedelic feel and those guitar sounds lifts the song to another level
great production and vocal content as always.

Cheers Royston

Great production and mood to this one Kev.
Loved the vocals and guitar work - stand-outs for me.
I wanted a lift around the 4 min mark - could have gone to the sub-dominate there as your root key - and the vocals had room for it, but what do I know?
One of your best IMO.  ;D ;D

Hi Kevin, still creating good stuff I see/hear! Nice eastern feel with your normal excellent production values.
Same old same old ;)

Hi Kevin,

Great intro.
Agree with the Queen comparisons. Maybe some Chris Rea as well?

Vocal is sounding brill.
Quality musicianship.

Production sounds fantastic.

What would I change?
One line in the lyrics -
"through the darkness sunlight always finds a way,"

I'd really darken it and reverse it -
"Through the sunlight darkness always finds a way."

But I'm such a positive person. Lol  :D

Great listen.

Hi , I never really know what to say - as I'm not a musician of any kind - I liked the guitar bits / riffs whatever they are called and I think it flows well and you have a good voice

Hey man, this is a gem! I love the way you use the music...light on the sunshiney parts and dark/heavy elsewhere. It’s a fantastic track, although I wish u hadn’t put the gunshot at the end. :( that’s a personal preference thing. I just think it’s a great mood piece that without that ending leaves a nice question mark.

Awesome stuff mate!  ;D

I missed this one. Yeah, that was a crazy week. I remember now. But this is my favorite thing I've heard of yours. It's really good.

I knew there'd be an epic journey and, as usual, it doesnt fail to impress. This time dark and brooding. Particularly liked the outro with the heartbeat. Fab. Guitar amazing and all the sections working so well together.  I did feel the drop in drums was a bit light, but what an amazing song. Epic stuff. cx

I absolutely loved the intro - what a blinder. So many ideas, so much imagination and such an ability to make it all come to life. The rest of the song doesn't disappoint - another amazing piece of work. Perhaps we should revise the SOTM competition to be "The Song Of The Month That Isn't Kevin's Competition". That way. some of the rest of us might get a chance  ;D

Oh my gosh! So dark! Is that a gunshot at the end? Yikes! But amazing music, as always. Inspires me to consider trying to experiment with instruments. I could listen to the intro all day, I think, and never get tired of it.

Love the intro, really grabs you, that sense of tension and lovely guitar riff, taking me away into the East!

Initially the song reminds me of the band Kula Shaker! Anyone remember them.

There is a lot of work and thought going into this track, really grafting.

Are the drums live? They sound great.

Love the heart beat at the end too.
