 Hi Guys,

Well....it don't get any darker than this  ;D

It's my first ever attempt at a video, so be gentle folks.
It's taken me ages.  I tried to get people who knew what
they were doing involved, even went to fiverr.  ::) ::)
Couldn't sell my idea  ::).....So paid £7 and joined
a slideshow site, and made this. It's not synced up as well as
I would like, and the sound isn't up to scratch, but I think it works
with the music....but you'll be the judge of that , of course ;D

Anyway....hope you likeee ;D and it doesn't frighten you sensitive
souls too much....if it hasn't already

Bin, That's very dark. Such an incredibly atmospheric piece. What makes it most scary is that a couple of the guys in your vid are around right now and itching for a fight. Great work

Love the production on the music, very atmospheric. It also has a lot of tension which is ace. I did think though, that I had just listened to a few minutes of introduction to an incredible piece. I kept waiting for that tension to explode and the rest of the band to come screaming in. I'd like to hear the idea explored further; some melody/key changes/rhythm changes, this type of thing.

Hi Binladeda,

apologies for failing to make it a great video, but its still a very impressive instrumental. The bar has been set very high for those who follow.

Yep, that's dark!
Did I hear some whale noises again?
I liked the layered sound effects a lot.  Bits of it made me think of Depeche Mode.  A bit like Ramshackles, I did find myself waiting for the vocals to arrive after the first minute or so. You'd need someone with vocal chords cast from jet-black granite to do this justice this though...
The untraditional chord choices in the main piano (?) added to the spookiness of it.
Let's hope the more modern guys in the video don't quite live up to the infamy of the geezer with the moustache.
It's all too beautiful.

Hi Bin.

Great video, love the atmosphere you created, the tune is powerful and defo made me feel like something bad was going to happen.

Good work.

Ticks a lot of boxes ......daunting feel to both the video and tune.
A great entry for the competition.

Yep, tension is the word I think. It sounded to me like the first part of a suite, a whole side of a vinyl  album which segues together to tell the rest of the story. Though seeing the video I'm not entirely sure I want to know how it ends... Very cool production.

Yo Bin.

It's an apocalyptic soundscape for sure. I could could see it being used in a new Terminator flick. 'The Return of Binwhipster' perhaps?  :P

I know nothing about making videos, but the message is communicated for sure and it seems like a mighty fine effort, nevermind a first go.  8)

Hi Steve,

Says it all. The biggest horrors are the leaders of men.

Far more scary than ghosts and goblins.

Cool vid. Human horror music.

Great! Giving this competition some edge. To me it felt more conceptual than musical. Kind of saying history repeats itself. A short synth melody in the style of 70's horror could make it more memorable.

I really couldn't watch much of the video, it's too depressing for me, but I did listen. Fear inducing and dark. Good job.

Bin,
As often with your instrumentals its very cinematic, and met the title. I'm trying to avoid watching the video, so that I properly listen, but they did look good.
pulsating and disturbing
