Hi All,

Been messing with this track for a while and Me and Mikey finally got it finished.

Loads of noise, all you rockers out there, rinse your ears with this.

https://soundcloud.com/cawproductions/rebound

And for the Lyricists, here are the finely crafted words......I think not.

REBOUND:
I’me on my own….Thats what I told you
you couldn’t see that I wasnt telling the truth
Things you should know about me
lay off your questions and quit giving me the third degree

We came outta nowhere,  we came out of the blue
and I don’t want to see it through again…..without you

Were on the rebound.........I gotta make you see
Were on the rebound………you don’t know a thing about me
are you the only thing I really need, thats a definite maybe
I can only look at you and wish that I, I can afford the fee

we were getting close…were in the danger zone
Coz you’re hitting my phone…I kinda like your tone
You gotta give me a shining light or something, just a sign
you gotta pretty strange attraction… that gunna makes me feel alive

Enjoy.......

Total rockin' song dudes! Full of naked sweat and filthy rock n roll enzymes.
I think scaling back the lead guitar might be a good idea though, it didn't need to go all the way through IMHO.
It's a great song guys, let it digest.

I like it. Production is a little too polished for me. Would prefer it a little dirtier. Morefrog Jones really nails this style of songwriting. I would listen to his tunes for inspiration. Cheers Micky.

Yeah ! - This really rocks  :) It's very well put together. I love the lead vocal, It has a sort of Oasis feel to it. Mega guitars and bass. Excellent stuff guys  :)

I kind of agree with the Oasis theme to it, but i reckon you could make songs fit better with longer solos, as the sound you have is great!

It does  what the it says on the tin. A rockin' number. grab our attention and holds it for the duration of the ride. Great to hear the track relax before slipping back into gear before the end.  Well done.

Hi Guys and gals, (can we even say that anymore)

Great feedback,

Cheers Paul, Its say loud on the tin, so we did.

For those guys who mentioned Oasis, They were the band from my time when I was in my prime so to speak..., so I suppose you couldnt help but soak up some of that manchester rock n roll scene. Anyone whos around late 40's in age will know what I mean.
I not a fan of singing but strangley when I step up to the mic, theres a little bit of me that thinks he is Liam Gallagher, But hopefully in a good way, coz that guy has had his moments of being a tool.

Anyway, enough of my rambling, appreciate you all giving it a listen, gotta go and smash up my room and throw the TV out of the window........ROCK N ROLLLLLLL.

from the off  ;D  Great feedback, should be more of it.......

That's a "definite maybe" - ha, little Oasis reference there... And the "third degree" is a nice little line.

I do like a bit of changing rhythm to create a bit of tension and that works really well here. When the drive comes back in it's all the better for it. I also like lead-as-rhythm twiddly guitar fills too and they add lots of personality.

The harmonies work well - I don't usually like so much vocal processing but here it's a good choice.

Hi Adam,
I am a massive Oasis fan as you can prob tell from the vibe of this, The music of my time so to speak.

Mikey was taking the P**s out of my vocal saying..did I have my parker on and the mic stand really high...It showed..Hes a cheeky..so and so.

Loving the new Liam Gallagher album too.

Diesel and dust with Liam at the microphone. Makes me wanna empty a pint.
All the ingrediens necessary are here for sure.
Love the delivery of "I wasnt telling the truth". Exactly the right amount of the irritability and "who gives a f**k". Lovely.
I have never been a solo-guitar lover so that doesn´t kick it for me but luckily I haven´t got the final say in taste (more synths d*mm*t!  ;D )
Drums are solid (love the short breakdowns) and the rest sounds like it should.
