What does "sack it off" mean?

A bit of a rant but I like it.
Sack it off can be understood in its context.  Lol.

I know a lot of folks trying to get into the business. I'm not trying I just love writing songs.
The few friends of mine that are trying are pretty much consumed by what they dislike about the business, it often cripples their creative output.  
I think they're wanting the wrong things and vaguely believe they're somehow entitled. I don't watch them talent shows, they sound awful. I say if you can do better then do that if not then don't worry about it.  
Some people swear that networking is essential to get ahead, they fill their miserable lives with people they don't like... 
Hateful sentiments can be hard to resist, I'm ever vigilant.  My best songs haven't been written yet, I can't afford that much distraction.
