Hugely catchy! I didn't realise anyone hated these places as much as me, and indeed it does seem to be entertainment for many. Great lyric, and well deivered. And I'm a sucker for a reggae rhythm. Yeah, I can hear Madness and err, some other early 80 vibes. Brilliant stuff!

Unexpected item in bagging area....aaaaagggghhhh

Hi John/Bin

I can't believe I didn't chip in on this...especially after listening to it as soon as I saw it...and a couple of times since.

Really liked this...great wry take on the national pastime...backing is perfect and right up my street too

A fab collab  :P

Me too!

I've got a review on my 'Notepad' thing and realise I didn't post it yet! So....

Yes, love the horns and keys too...especially horns in the 'whinge, moan' bit...but those little guitar lines are really nice and might be my fave bit of the instrumentation.  Well, I liked the sax too and the bass in that breakdown bit. Sax is nicely processed/mixed whatever you call it.

Madly catchy ' you whinge...you moan' but the bit that just will not get out of my head was the repeated 'supermarket'.

Great atmosphere and really nice groove.

Hello anybody reading this who hasn't yet voted. July song of the month is up and running. Please vote now!

Hi Steve/John,

Put a smile on my face - much needed.
Loved the lyrics.
Cool vibe. Bin has a way of laying these tracks down that just groove.

 Sorry about the late reply.....

BIG thanks for all the positive and encouraging comments.  This is one of my
favourite collabs so far this year.  Pj has managed to turn, what was, an attempt
 at a 2tone backing track, into a neo-folk/Brit pop/ Ska, masterpiece ;D
 I Bldy LOVE IT ;D ;D

Guys,
Great. I can't help but sway to this. Lyrics that you have to listen to. Like the the breakdown and its all topped with a catchy chorus.
A touch of the Specials and late Clash.

totally agree with Neil above. This is a delight to listen to and is seriously catchy. love the sample at the beginning and have visions of the two of you holding up the queue at Sainsburies whilst you are getting your recording gear set up! would love to hear a remix of this at 1.5 x the speed as I think this could also really really rock

I really enjoyed that. Great social commentary, but not dark and heavy. Very catchy chorus. Loved the found vocals, and the crazy horns. Kept me listening.
