I highly doubt there will be any issue using the name of a character from a 19th century novel. Only slightly possible if there's been a recent high-profile film or TV show of said novel...
Still though, can't help but think of The Boo Radleys - they never seemed to have an issue clashing with To Kill A Mockingbird.
