Hey,
As well as writing and recording for my band, I'm also really getting into this mixing and engineering business and would love to work on other peoples tracks. So, I'm offering to mix 1 song for free for each band/musician that is interested.
Heres how it would work;
After receiving your raw recorded tracks, I will work to your specifications to mix and improve them how you see fit.
This could be 'basic' mixing, which involves setting levels, manipulating the stereo field, improving timing and pitch (within reason) and using plugins and my vintage & new analogue gear to bring out the best in your tracks and give the song the sound you are after. For each track, where needed, I might apply; compression, EQ, mono/stereo widening, delays, reverbs and other specialist effects to get the sound you want.

You might also require more remedial changes such as replacement or addition of certain parts (either by VST or by live instruments (again, within reason)).
With all mixes I will mix on pro equipment in an acoustically treated room and also offer any amount of discussion you want on the song be it about arrangement, how to improve your tracking, ideas for the mix or whatever.
If you don't like the results you didn't lose anything!
If you love it and you want more done, get in touch and we will work out fees.

For gear heads, here is a list of some of the gear I have:

Outboard:
Focusrite ISA One - single channel version of the famous Neve-designed ISA preamp
SPL Goldmike - 2 channel, tube preamp

Lexicon MPx200 - Outboard effects unit containing Lexicon's famous, super smooth, super lush reverbs.
