Bloody gert lush as they say in these parts!

A friend had a matched pair of 414s a few years ago, and we did some recording together on acoustic guitars with voices. Sounded great to my ear.

Are you thinking of buying one? If so, my only concern would be what does the room you'll be recording in sound like, because the 414 is going to pick up pretty much everything.

Gotcha! My room could be better I guess but it sounds ok, not to bad.

Well, it's more I desperately want to buy it then I'm gonna, if you know what I mean.

You buy it, lend it to me for say 18 months to, oh I don't know say 10 years or somethin and I'll test it out for you.
