I thought something like Dr Feelgood doing Monster Mash would be fun to try ...so i tried it!

I do love the sound of tight bass & drums without rhythm guitar... its so taut & muscley.. so I only used lead guitar... except in a couple of little places
then I got my friend Big Mart to do a fab mad professor voice ...i asked him for vincent price but I think this is even better
you know ive just listened to this & it is very fast ...i know I can play fast but can you listen fast?...well I hope so  :)
I have no idea if a drummer could play this this fast.. its just beats from my addictive drums all put together ...i love putting drum parts together even tho I dont play drums... which probably shows!
hope you like it!

Doctor Frankensteins Guitar
Igor flick that switch
i think i detect a twitch
just one more stitch
this thing will make us rich

Doctor Frankenstein threw out his specimen jars
“We ll convert the lab to making monster guitars..
two more bolts in the neck
set the action up nice
give it mega volts & bring it to life”

Igor flick that switch
this thing can play some licks
we need  some gigs
I sound like jimi hendrix

there was an open mic night at the village inn
so he took the guitar out for a spin
with the Mummy on bass & Dracula on drums, he said
“We sound a little like Dr. Feeldead!”

Igor flick that switch
lets shake this place to bits
gonna get  my kicks
on Route 666

but the village wasnt ready for rhythm & blues
&  the room soon filled with jeers & boos
the guitar went crazy broke off of its lead
trashed the amps & threw up in the loos

Tell me Im wonderful & I ll be nice to you :)

How FAB is this!!  The Munsters meet the Carry on Screaming cast, all in monochrome of course, for the ’post reveal’ boogie scene…With Tinam’s masterpiece ringing LOUD!!  Makes sense to me anyway!

 :) :)

Tina, I thought this was well written performed and the lyrics were also clever and funny. Maybe the mad Prof could’ve increased the volume slightly on his admittedly superb creepy voice but I'm being too critical

EXCELLENT guitar as usual

Top top work!

This IS fast Tina. It picks you up bt the scruff of the neck, twirls you round and leaves you lying exhausted in a heap on the floor. There is some great stuff going on here And you've managed to fuse the components together really well. Love the Wilco guitar. Another surf pop classic :) Nice one. John

great playing, Tina  :)

suitably spooky and comic-book bonkers but very creative and excellently put together

lyrics are a lot of fun too

i've just noticed the "route 666" line too...how spooky is that  :o

i didn't rip you off...honestly! i even did a google search on it a couple of weeks ago <facepalm>

Yes the lyrics are fun and very clever.

But the highlight for me is your guitar playing, can't think of a superlative that describes it well enough...amazing is not adequate and the energy is so intense.

Can hear the Munster Mash, do I hear hints of Great Balls of Fire.

Great contribution Tina....I thought Miss Fabulous stays in bed was going to be your entry...but this is better.

Smashed it again Tina.

Couldn't make out the words very well but it didn't matter because you gave us another lesson is guitar mastery.

Great job on the speed and definitely catch that spooky essence

Mwhahaahahahahahaaaa

Love it Tina. Insane. I've given up trying to review your music, but yes it's fast, the lyrics are superb and the you just whack the beejeesus out of everything. I've already decided I'm voting for you as no.1. It'll take something else to knock this off the perch.

Very creative, extremely anarchic, but importantly - well crafted and performed. Tracks of this nature aren't generally my bag, but I have an appreciation for the effort, skill and creativity that has gone into this one, so hat's off to you!

Wow. Totally brilliant.

I love the idea behind the lyrics, and I love the lyrics. The playing is exceptional. This is great - you are one very very good guitar player. You need an album out - I'd buy it.

One nit-pit - the last line felt like a tiny let-down climax-wise compared to what's gone before. I wanted my Frankenstein guitar to be choking on his own vomit rather than throwing up in the loo.

Great way to spend a few minutes :-)

Hi Tina,

Hats off to Big Mart - sounds wickedly good. Did he do the manic laugh at the end also?

Highlight for me is also the guitar playing and tone. Great stuff.

Totally rocking the crypt.

Brilliant lyric! Frankenstein's monster guitar! What can I say? I love it. Great guitar work as always and the drummer gets a proper work-out. Igor is a star.

Must play this when I cook the tea tonight ... should be done in no time!

P.s. Is that the 'Wipeout' laugh at the end?

Haha, I love this! Some seriously cool guitarring going on here, kudos!
Drums sound terrible but are spot on for the song. Bass a little thin though.
Without any doubt my favs of your songs for sure. Good luck in the comp, should be a strong contender for the top.

I finally got to listen to this! Love the guitar...as always. Love the screams and that maniacal laugh! Oh yeah! So original and creative. Totally awesomely creepy addition to the competition. So fast and yet always totally in control in a wildly manic kind of way.

You never disappoint me. <<sigh...toddling off to plunk laboriously on my guitar exercises...>>   ;D
