Hello,

with Skub's help, I've managed to finish this song. ;)

Guess what I'm wishing for ?  ;D

Can't stop smiling
Feeling your chest rising
In your eyes I'm watching
A shiny sunday morning

We cried louder last night
Saw our world torn apart
Knowing only fear
Our future unclear

We'll never get older
And we'll share this moment alone !
We'll never get older
And we'll shake the Age of Dawn !
Any day now !

Tracked by pack of dogs
Stumbling through a dense fog
Cardboards as shelters
Screamings of our teachers

Pass on what we know
By example we show
No rocks to roll
For the Bright Young People !

Looking for an answer
To the questions we feel bound to ask

Where does our dream go
When hope is leaving our lives ?

Wowzers.  :o

This is an epic song nono. Great Beatle-like harmonies overlaying the subtle melody. The beautiful playing and stunning production totally serve the emotive lyrical content of the song.

Feckin marvelous.  8)

I'd also like to add,my involvement as mentioned was minuscule, nono is too kind by far.

Y'all need to hear this.  :)

I watched it.
and it is epic

lol. not usually my type of thing but really thought provoking
I like a lot about it. the verses and those little piano runs.

I enjoyed this. thanks.
It's either this or that, then again it might be the other.

I can promise you a future of slow decline.

And there you have it.

Thks a lot people !

Skub, minuscule ? No way. :-)
You gave me new directions and helped me think about the whole thing and what I wanted to say. The song is like that because of you.

Nono.

Blimey - jaw-dropping stuff! I could happily listen to the backing track minus vocals all day, really nice to see someone who still has the lost art of playing the piano. Vocal harmonies were also excellent. Makes me feel like an amateur, actually...!

Warm vocal. Almost like the Pet Shop Boys acoustic. Quite epic cinematic feel.
The lyric idea could be put across with a little more originality.
I also could have lived without the guitar solo, well played just dates the track a little.

Yep - epic describes it well.
Super vocals and love the piano runs.
It almost felt too short to me - could really go over the top near the end if an extra minute were added.
Outstanding work nono and co.

Fab work my friend..my only crit is that it starts off strong but grows a  bit weaker during the song...
however, the weaker bits are still strong..if you catch my drift...difficult to follow such a strong start!!

great work!!!

Great song.... Agree with the many epic comments.

Could be a finale to West End Musical.

Yet again another great video.

I think it s great, that you try out different genres.

it s a really beautiful song, very well crafted.

The chorus has "sing along" vibe - which is very hard to accomplish.

Your singing has improved. it s actually really really good now.

Lovely little ballady song until the bass comes in, when it goes epic (just like your knees). Great piano runs and harmonies in there as well...not really my type of thing but I very much appreciate the craftsmanship. The guitar solo is very tasetful.

The bass rhythm threw me a little in places but as always, just nitpicking. Overall a great piece.

Hi Nono,

Very good track. Well conceived as ever.
Starts strong and holds the interest through out. May not be an instant "pop" tune, but it does stick in the head.
Keyboard work is very good.
Cool vid too.
