Hello dear people. It's been a while, that I was active on this forum. Under another name.Boudewijn de Koning (BdK) Had to settle some things. Now everything is calm again. Even had the inspiration to write this dance track. Hope you can appreciate it. There probably are some grammatical mistakes in. Which will be fixed at a later stage. I wish you all a  great day. Greeting. Boudewijn

Lyrics.

Love you madly

It’s been a while ago, that we had met each other.
Wanted more than words alone. Got lost in one another.
We hit it of that day in every single way.
We could be together, run through heavy weather.
But I''m, not always seem to be, how I present myself you see.
A wall of bricks inside my head, causing stupid things instead.

Stupid things instead.
Instead. Stupid things instead.
Woho.

Love you madly.
Yeah. Yeah. Cause I love you madly.
Yeah. Yeah. I never meant to hurt you.
Cause I´m the guy who loves you madly.

Four o’clock p.m. Still entwined together.
I Never wanna let you go, yeah we seem fused forever!
We hit it of that day. Our souls they matched in every way.
But we were in denial, we know now for a while.
Things they seem so good at first, they bottle up, and then it bursts!
Broken pieces to the ground! Nothing left to stick around.

Stick around. Stick around. Nothing left to stick around.
Stick around. Stick around.  Woho.

Stick around.

Love you madly.
Yeah. Yeah.
Cause I love you madly.
Yeah. Yeah.
I never meant to hurt you.
Cause I´m the guy who loves you madly. I'm the guy who loves you madly.

Cause I'm the guy who loves you madly. Im the guy who loves you madly.

Yeah.

Cause I´m the guy who loves you madly.

Cause I love you madly.
You is all I need. Yeah. You is all I need. Yeah. You is all I need.
Cause I´m the guy who loves you madly.

You is all I need. You is all I need. You is all I need.

Cause I'm your guy!

great dance music...happy breezy & summery
tbh its the sort of music i would normally dance to more than listen to.....its catchy & well produced & its a real ear worm if you let it have its way :)
i actually liked the lyrics going slightly askew in translation it gave it a quirky appeal like i was on holiday abroad

i hope your jeans get better soon!  :)
Tell me Im wonderful & I ll be nice to you :)

Love the song......it does make a decent dance number; but, the recording could be produced in such a way to bring this to the forefront of a personal nature.
I would really like this more personal.....but that's just me.
Good song, man.........lovely!

@ Ironknee

Thanks for your words man. Appriciate it. The way we listen to something is as subjective as to which it is produced. The resources I have are pretty limited, however. And this really was a hell of a job already  :D :D

What I do not want to sound like is like so many of the dancesongs now. Clean and very open. I prefer more thick and bombastic. But I respect your opinion and next time I will pay attention on that. Glad you liked the song!

Greetz.

Great little pop song, sounds very current and if you tidied it up a bit could a hit for sure.

Get a session singer to do a pristine vocal and it would sell I reckon.

Nice work  :)

Hi Tom.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree.

For the lead I'm looking for that prestine singer but that's eysier sad than done. I work with great singers but I always miss that empathy. So this time I did it myself. I do like the backing vocals though.

Greetz,

Bou

Not much difference between this and what I hear on the radio from Justin B and co! Summery, modern and catchy. Possibly a bridge section could add something as I felt you somehow ran out of things to say towards the end, but a short and sweet and fun tune.

@ Adamfarr

Thank you for your comment.

Well I think I know what you mean. But in my opinion the song in its structure is perfect. The part after te second chorus is considerd a bridge. Thats how it is often done. Me personaly do not like bridges that much. I like to play with te parts and sounds within the song. I think a changing part would ruin the song. Its also meant as a pitch song as in radio edit. For a clip I would consider a extended version and maybe even with a chord changing bridge. Thanks for thinking with me.

Wow,

This is a very now song.

I like your voice and Tina is right, when the words a re crammed together it gives the song a real quirkiness.
The guitars is beautifully played.

Well done

Sandeep

Yea...what Tom said is what I was eluding to when I said that it could be done to sound more personnel. Your music lends itself, IMHO, to a singer / songwriter very nicely.   ;)

Hahahaha Ironkey!! Sorry for that  IronKnee don't know where that came from :D  :D

I understand what you mean now..

Normally I write a lot's of sing songwriter stuff. What you also can find on my SC channel. But wanted to make a dance track. And this came out. But I do think that it actually would do well as sing / songwriter song indeed.

Thanks for the comments.

Excellent - among the best songs of this genre I've heard recently.

The production was great, very current-sounding, and I did also like the vocals, so for me personally, no change needed there.

Not much to offer in the way of notes - I suppose I wasn't mad on the china cymbal swishing around from time to time, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

Really good - good luck with it!

Works for me! Groovy, catchy. Loads and loads of things to keep the interest. Great tune and really fun. If this had been on the radio it wouldn't have been out of place. Keep up the great work.
