Anyone else get a new tab opening up with a 404 Not Found page on it when they come to this forum? I'm using IE 11 and when I'm come to this site, and sometimes when I click around within it I get a tab opening up linking to

https://eu-static.sociomantic.com/static_html5/60102/undefined

From what I can gather sociomantic.com is something to do with web advertising, and a web search suggests there's nothing untoward about it. Bloody annoying, though, and it doesn't happen anywhere else.

Is it just me?

That doesn't look like anything to do with the advertising on the site?

Have you done an "adware" scan recently? Perhaps there is something sitting on your system

I just had a pop up blocked notification. I think it's to do with the code some of the advertisers use on the google platform. You should log into your adsense control panel and see if there's a setting you can change to knock them out. Lemme know if you need a hand.

Thanks to TONE I think we have found the offending ad, which has now been blocked
