I compose alot of pieces for piano and other instruments and I was wondering can they be posted anywhere on this forum if they dont have words?

Instrumentals can be posted as finished songs if they are finished - or work in progress if they aren't

I am sure you will get some great feedback, especially if you get stuck in reviewing others
