Interesting ideas in here. I think the main point is the the chord sequence and the melody work very well together so you've got a great base for the song. I do think the production needs a little work though.
The lyrics are great aka "put a rocket in your pocket" and send a good message about living life to the full.
A couple of suggestions I have would be to maybe simplify the music to start with and up the tempo. See how it works with guitar and voice, for example. Keep it straight all the way through and go from there. Also, the instrumental break seemed a little like it was thrown in for the sake of it.
As a song, its great though - just keep looking at the arrangement.
