Hi all -

Very close competition again this time. There were at least six or seven I could have easily nominated.

In the end I have gone for the following which seemed just to have a certain extra something that spoke to me (in alphabetical order):

A: Billboard Life (Igg): https://www.reverbnation.com/ihor/song/24420499-the-billboard-life

B: Broadband Movie (WickedDeeds): https://soundcloud.com/wicked-deeds/broadband-movie

C: Broke in two (NeilC with STC): https://soundcloud.com/neilconnor-2/broke-in-two-demo-master-13-july-2015

D: Never Mine To Keep (Jambrains & MartiMedia collab): https://soundcloud.com/jambrains/never-mine-to-keep-feat-martimedia

E: The Worlds End (PaulAds): https://soundcloud.com/thefuneralcrasher/the-worlds-end-1

I like the idea of voting for top 3 - please let me have yours by private message asap.

Need your votes by end of day 14th November please!

Well done all - those on the list and those not - keep the writing flowing.

Great list of nominees this month - well done Adam!

I've cast my votes and if I can do it from way across the Atlantic, well you don't have any excuse for not being able now do you? :)

Good luck everyone!

Votes are rolling in - all songs have votes - and each one has been voted number one by at least one voter.

Right now we have just three votes covering the top 4 songs and the leader is leading by just one!

Keep them coming...

Adam,

Just a question about voting....

Do nominees vote and if, so do the vote on their own entry?  Thanks!

Hi Igg - nominees can definitely vote! I don't believe it's usually the done thing to vote for yourself (and anyway it would cancel itself out if all five did it) but I guess that should be for each person to decide (if anyone who's been around the forum for longer than me has a view on this then please chime in...)

Him,I've been nominated at least twice and I didn't vote for myself. It's just not the done thing, surely? But I guess it's up to your own conscience.

If you vote for yourself, you will go straight to hell, you will not pass "GO", and you will not collect $200. Oh wait - those are the rules for Monopoly. :(

Surely, such a vote wouldn't be allowed would it?  ;)

The ghost of Jacob Marly  visited me last night and warned me about voting for my entry(Huge consequences...many more links of chain to drag around)......so rest easy boys and girls, it was never my intention!!!!

not sure its very 'cricket' to vote for ones self...

or perhaps only with a proviso that they are named for doing so..
i may not believe this tomorrow...

Half Way (hoho  :)) through the voting and things are still really tight: two points cover the top three - with a tie for 2nd and 3rd.

With three points for a first place everything can still change - everyone can vote, and there are a variety of songs for all tastes!

Actually, it's against the rules as I understand them to vote for yourself.  AND, it's "just not done."  ;o)

BTW.... I sent you an "additional info" p.m. regarding this post.  Please let me know if you fail to get it.  I always forget to check the box to send myself a copy.
