The groove from the bassline really helps this lovely piece of storytelling roll along. 

Well sung, great harmonica and put together in a way that just works.  Great stuff :)

As everyone else said. Awesome harmonica, really sets the tone. Love the story. Some of the lines seem a bit shoe horned but could easily be sorted. Would like to hear this with a gravelly voice. Good job

I know this is a bit late, but due to work commitments I haven't been on here for a while and I wanted to put this on the forum instead of sending Neil a PM.  I would like to thank you all for your comments and say a big thank you to Neil for working on the song.
Although I have wrote lyrics in the past, this is the first song anyone has ever taken an interest in.
As I am not a musician and therefore wouldn't be able to do anything with it myself, I think Neil has done a great job of thinking up the melody, as well as singing/playing/arranging the track and without changing a single word!!!
