Hello good people!

I am new to this board and i thought it might be a good idea to introduce myself. I am not new to music or songwriting: i have been in bands since the late 80s and had my own record label in my early teens.

Although i love to play guitar i am no fretboard acrobatic. But i like to play and write in the dark when any other vision is gone. I try to write one song a day, even when the result is utter bulls and/or nonsense. To me, it's the excercise that matters most. Inspiration is fine and good, but it takes hard work and patience to finish a song.

Right now i am working on some "pop" demos - imagine the FOO FIGHTERS doin' some HUSKER DU while pretending to be DINOSAUR JR. And the best thing is: anything can happen!  :)

Welcome Cosgrove,

your songs sound interesting. Pull up a chair, make yourself comfy and have fun,

Hi Cosgrove.

I love to listen to anyone who is influenced by the 80's, so turn up the volume on your speakers, and listen to the music on the forum:  post your opinions; post your own music; ignore the petty comments, but listen and act upon the constructive comments  8) 8) and your music will transcend to immeasurable levels  ;)
