Yesterday I posted the following in the “bar”-section:

I am an Austrian female singer and as I am not really satisfied with my English lyrics for my songs but I want them to be really good I am looking for a songwriter who is interested in working with me/who writes lyrics for my songs. someone interested??

Here are some details about me:
I am a professional singer and my boyfriend (who is producer) and I are working on my first album at the moment. We already have written some songs and everythings works well, except the lyrics-writing. I want the lyrics to be good and since I am not a native speaker and since I don’t have a lot of experience with lyrics-writing I need some help. We have some songs to which I’ve already written the lyrics and we have some songs where we only have „lalalala“ as „lyrics“ so far.
So I need both help with already existing lyrics (make them better, nicer words, nicer expressions...) and maybe someone is interested in writing lyrics to a „lalalala“ song.
There is one song that is already finished and I’ll post a link of the song so that you all know what kind of music I make. The song is called „VIP“, it is a duet and I wrote the lyrics together with a musical-singer (so not without help )

The song sounds great. Perfect Eurovision stuff. I would suggest you don't rule out amateur writers on this forum you'd be excluding a huge talent pool.

The lyrics of your posted song are excellent:

and my personal celebrity"

that's great stuff! Whoever wrote these words might actually be your first choice for the other songs as well.

I've written several lyrics for Alex Geibel that are meant for female vocals, party stuff, actually. They were written to match his music. There also are:

bathing in sunlight
dancing through the light (KOMIR)
falling victim (for a producer whose name I've forgotten, nothing came of it - the text matches his tune)
fish or cut bait (MotorPlanet, also written to match their tune)
high school star (Bernd Oettinger - as producer - if I remember correctly)
I love you all
I'll tear down your mask
light and dark (Alex Geibel - as the producer)
make this night ours
play with me
tiger boy (Alex Geibel)
tonight I'm the star (MotorPlanet, written to match their music)

Sorry, it was just your (professional) caveat I was commenting on. I've no idea who to suggest. I love writing lyrics but I'm far too unreliable to collaborate. I need good jazz-type singers to sing my stuff.

Your voice is great, your song is great and, the lyric you posted elsewhere on this site is great too. I really don't think you need help from a 'native' writer but They'll be falling over themselves to work with you.
