I have a tendency of writing songs while I'm on trains. Here's another one of my train tales, called "Strangers".

I'd really appreciate it if you could drop me a rating and a comment, and SHARE/SUBSCRIBE

Thanks guys, hope you like it!

Olaf

LYRICS:

Strangers, crammed inside, shoulder to shoulder
Frost on, the roofs, colder and colder
People, resemble blocks on the pavement,
Silence, surrounds us, so penetrating

CHORUS: I try not to lock myself in small cages I try to keep flicking through the blank pages I wander far beyond places I've been to And when the books end, I still keep walking

Fast trains, leave behind forgotten places
Windows, just tiny holes in dark cases
People, sitting still, all with their heads down
Silence, embraces all of these dead towns

Recording quality would be better but the melody of the song is really nice..And I think you re singing from heart and that s the most important thing in music i guess..

I like this..got a good feel to it..heartfelt, bit bluesy....even your twangy guitar is pleasing in it`s own way.well done.

Olaf,
Glad you're putting the 'dead' time to good use. I liked the verses and sentiment but wasn't so sure about structure, maybe shorter or that the tunes for verse and chorus really belonged together..?

You look like a young George Harrison  :o
I like the vocals very much. The sound quality is obviously poor.
I'd love to hear this all beefed up and sounding proper  ;D
Good job

hi , Get your recording up to a better standard and this will be good , liked the tune .

if you want to get more hits i think james did a section on you tube tags somewhere on here.

of course you could also review other peoples work then they will be more inclined to give you the time of day , then more people will look at your stuff  ;)
