Title: Singer Songwriters!!
Post by: GroovyDrumTracks on January 15, 2014, 11:39:41 PM

I'm an online session drummer and I've recorded with and for numerous artists, singer songwriters, producers and really enjoy collaborating with other musicians from around the world. I've done extensive television, radio work, and hold a diploma in recording engineering.

LETS GET STARTED

To get started, it's simple. Send me a description of your project and your ideal drum sound/vision. You may want to include drum sounds you like from other songs or past projects. You can be as detailed as you want or give me free reign.  We can work by email, phone or Skype. Email me for my Skype name and or phone number.

CHECK LIST (Questions I ask before we get started)

-Artist/company website
-Time frame/deadline
-Number of songs
-Title of song(s)
-Tempo(s)
-Time signature(s)
-Are there charts available?
-Bit depth (16, 24)
-Sample rate (44.1, 48, 96)
-File type (wav, aiff, mp3)
-Operating system (PC, MAC)
-Recording software (Pro Tools, Cubase, Logic...)
-FTP (Dropbox, Filezilla, Media Shuttle...)
-Processing
-Description of drum sound. (Naming bands/artists will help)
-Do you need percussion tracks?

Typical project is 44.1 khz, 16bit saved as a Wav file.
**If unsure about any questions listed above, I'd be more than happy to discuss.

DELIVERY

I use Dropbox to deliver the final product.  But other arrangements have been made by other means of FTP.
Invoices/payments are made via PayPal.

REVISIONS

I will do revisions, with in reason. Meaning not endless. Usually, we don't have to do to many revisions because we'd be discussing parts/feel before and during the project(s) and for each song.

Still unsure??   Send me a clip and I'll send back a sample of what I can do at no charge as an MP3 file. There is absolutely no risk involved.  If you're not happy, I don't get paid.

Look forward to making music!!
