Title: "lyrics" bias ?
Post by: GTB on June 21, 2013, 06:36:21 PM
I realised I spend lots more time in the "Lyrics" section on this forum and not much time listening to finished or wip songs.  This is because my wife & I sit on the sofa with our laptops watching tv and 'communicating' with folks while chatting away.  All nice and cosy but I would feel very ignorant if I stuck the cans on  :o

I wondered if it's the same for others on here?

GTB, thankyou  :) :)

Me and my wife do exactly the same thing, and I have the exact same problem re. reviewing songs. All my reviewing has to take place when I have the house to myself, the problem then is.. I want to record and compose instead of writing reviews  ???

It's nice to know it's not just us in our lounge on the sofa with the laptops  :D

modern life I guess..

My wife and I do exactly the same thing. With one exception ... I just shove the ear buds in and get on with it. To her there is only two kinds of music ... Noise you can dance to and noise you can't. I can always tell when she's talking though ... no idea what she's saying! ;)

I'm new to the forum and haven't once ventured over there :p

I'm only 14 so I don't quite have a wife yet, but I do have a mother, who I sit in the living room with :p

Come on Jess...

1st - I don't think gay/lesbian marriages will ever happen, church 'n' stoof (I go to a Catholic school so I guess I'm abit bias...)

2nd - I write all my (2) songs about girls, so I don't think I'll turn out to be gay ;)
