Title: where to get record company addresses?
Post by: aaron on July 13, 2009, 12:54:42 PM
does anyone know where I can get the address for a record company to send them my demo? I've looked on the internet and I just can't find anything. Don't companys want us to send them our songs?  I want to find all sorts of record companys - major, indy, alternative etc.
Please can anyone tell me where to get this from?

There's a great book called the unsigned guide which has all the contact information for any music related business you can think of pretty much.  It's quite expensive but it's got so much information, it's pretty good value for money in my opinion.

UK bands has a great list on their site - http://www.ukbands.net/article.php?id=86 (http://www.ukbands.net/article.php?id=86) - it's got loads on it, too.  I've used it to submit some of my stuff (still waiting to hear though :( )

I used to have 'the unsigned guide' you have to pay for it but it's not bad!
