Hi there :)
Hope all is well. I've stumbled upon a certain sound many times and I'd love to use it in my productions, I just don't know what it is exactly. You're a hero if you can help me identify it and point out what it is exactly.
It is the 'Harpy/Dreamy/Arpy' sound in the James Bond Soundtrack 'Moonraker' by Shirley Bassey @ 0:04 & 0:14
You can listen a sample from it here:

Thanks for helping me out on this :)
Warmly,
Charlie

It sounds like a short strum of the mid/lower register of an Orchestral Harp to me
If I get a chance I will check my sample libraries for anything similar

I agree with @Boydie (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=18510), it's almost certainly a harp glissando.
In this review of the John Barry score, whilst this might not be part of your sampled section, it suggests harp was used in the soundtrack so that's a bit of support for this idea.
Bond Lured to Pyramid” is a beautiful track, colourful long-lined string phrases accompanied by florid, fluttering flutes and gorgeous harp glissandi – and that choir again, a rarity in Barry’s Bond scores.
