Hi everyone,

My name is Kafla and I used to be active on this forum a lot! I cant see my ever getting back to the levels I was at but I am keen to pop up every now and again and hopefully get involved in whatever nonsense that's going on.

I write songs every day, or parts of songs and for some reason every 5 or so years I get the urge to develop and actually finish some lol That period tends to last a few years so I am hopeful that I am on a good roll. I then tend to do nothing for a year or so - few years of doodles and half-arsed efforts then back to completing some - I can't really explain it - but been like that since 16 and going on for 30 years in that pattern.

I can pretty much get a tune out of anything but can hardly play an instrument. I am reasonable on acoustic guitar but even then it depends on the weather.

I love writing songs though:-*

work-wise its a bit mental at the moment so I intend to be active when I can for an hour or so at a time so I might not always respond quickly.

I look forward to listening to all the wee gems that will be on here  8)

So I've now been back for over a month and I have got to say I am delighted to be back!

The forum was always a great place to hang out but I have got to say the vibe is even more positive and there are fewer nuisances   :o ;D

Some really nice people on here and lots of people I can learn from.

The standard of songwriting, production and performance is totally awesome - bit scary tbh  :-[ ;D
