Title: Its a Game were Playing - Rough Half Demo

Hi
Been desperately trying to get back into some writing after an enforced break but still struggling.
A while ago i saw this post by Sterix in the lyrics section

And after getting his permission i had a go at utilising them but could only come up with this:
Hopefully i might get the inspiration to finish it off some time - i'm sure i'll get there in the end but just struggling with time these days.....anyway please have a listen to this very rough unfinished demo.

Good to hear you back on here @Morefrog Jones (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=20200). Great potential on this track. Great Indie vibe which you are the master of. Well worth persevering with IMO  :)

Hi,

I like the general atmosphere of the song and the progression with the instruments that come in little by little. The warm sound of the bass is good. The vocal interpretation is very successful.
For the final version I would put the voice more forward in the mix.

@Morefrog Jones (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=20200) - Like the opening vibe, very nice Rhodes, I'm a sucker for those, and the drums are cool, a LOT can be done with this, production wise, to my ears it's just a case of remixing, and maybe a few more tracks of BV's

You are definately on taget.
