Hi all, here's the latest track which we have just finished after taking a little break to work with @pompeyjazz (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=20269) and @Binladeda (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=18620) , back to our usual rock/indie style, hope you like it.
here are the lyrics

Brilliant Indie vibe you guys. I like your heavier stuff. Loving those loopy bass runs. Can't think of anything that I would change

Wow, that is a very well balanced mix, the dynamic of the song is sublime as a result. Could be overly raucous, but it's smoothed out so well, like a well harnessed ball of energy.
I did think the guitar solo was a bit more retro than the rest of the song which has a stronger modern indie feel. But a minor nit really.
Really good chorus and guitar interplay undeprinning that. Enjoyed! 8)

YESSS! Top notch indie rock. Made me think of The Cult at their peak... it would hold its own on one of their classic albums, and that's saying a lot. I like the way you bend some of the long notes in the vocal delivery. Guitar solo sounded a good fit to these ears. Great middle 8 too. An absolute hip-shaking winner.

Hi i love your stuff - for me it doesn’t quire the. Bits of your other stuff but that’s only because your standards are so high .
I think possibly because it sounds similar to others / the production is first class .
Still a 7/8 out of ten x

F@ck yeah!!!!🔥🤘🏻🔥 this sounds great to me guys!! I love all of it but especially the clever mixing of the vocals, adding some distortion, getting that energy right up to match the music. Lovely dynamics!! Well done fellas! Another one to be proud of.🎶👊🏻🎶👊🏻🎶

Its a song thats been kicking around on my HD for a bit but never could find a way the make it rock fully.

Full of energy, it really sounds like you MEAN it, it’s just so genuine. The production sounds great too. Very enjoyable listen guys, thanks.

Bangin song!! 8) like the distorted vox towards the end..not sure about the opening lead geetar..sounds slightly out of tune to my ears... :)

Strange thing is, my mate mentioned this to me about another track we did, but I don't hear it but I bet Melodyne will so off to give it the critical listen.

We listen to all comments good and bad, its the best way to learn and grow as musicians/producers, mixers, mastering engineers etc, as most of us are wearing many hats in here.

A very enjoyable rocker...excellently done...production is great and vocals are super.

Not many surprises though, it still got through to me.
To the point an sadly 100 percent relatable.

This woke me up! What a cracking track - full of energy and ideas. Great vocals and lead guitar tone. Reminiscent of Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds which is one of my favourite groups. I'd pay money to see this live. No negatives from me - excellent in all departments.

Hell yes! That's the way we like it! A wall of sound but still under control, everything fits together. Personally I'd have liked the vox a tad more upfront but that is down to taste I guess. Esp enjoy the bass sound, it is hard to get right to make it cut through but still retain the bottom end but you managed that very well.
Me like, back for another spin!
