I liked what I heard, the I heard, the more became Interested.

It does sounds like a very nice intro. If it was mine I'd try to finish it.
It has a special mood. Possibly the longer you leave the more difficult it'll be to get back in there.

Keep em comin'.

Very atmospheric Jack. Sounded like an introduction to a Scandanavian crime drama. I liked what you were doing on the bass in particular. Like @Rightly (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=20219) says,  I would try and persevere with this one as it's got great potential. The mood that you have created is special. Don't lose it

The first part is very atmospheric and hypnotic, if a bit quiet compared to other tracks in my feed. The guitar work is really sweet. I like that you have gone for this chilled instrumental vibe, it has lots of charm. Wonderful!

The ending was a little abrupt, of course.

Overall. a totally chilled out journey, good one!

@Rightly (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=20219) Thank you. after having some time off from it i've come up with some vocal part ideas so i guess its far from finished again.

@pompeyjazz (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=20269) Cheers mate. Ive been watching the bridge recently which could explain things. Ive got some ideas in the works regarding this track now.

@MichaelA (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=21274) Thanks. Im probably gonna re-mix then limit, you are right about low level loudnes.

@Neil C (http://www.songwriterforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=18856) Cheers :)

Nice Jack.  Pretty much anything with things playing backwards in it works for me!  But this was very cool, in particular when it turns that corner at around the 1:20 mark.  Chilled but slightly frosty and sinister too.  You chopped the end of though I think?  Unless that was deliberate.  Anyway, like it! Nice pic on Soundcloud too.

Enjoyed that. If there's a change it's screaming out for, it's getting that bass right up to the front. I don't think making it punchy would destroy the feel, but rather help the whole thing along.
