Title: Songwriting Coach
Post by: Mrs.Tobi on March 10, 2018, 09:29:25 PM
Hello, Songwrites
I would like to ask if anyone has any experience with songwriting coach. How did you like it? Would you recommend?
Thoughts?
Thank you

If you are a beginner I would suggest visiting one. In my opinion, it is helpful! It's great because you have someone to guide you, to critique your work which is very helpful! But don't take the remarks personally, this was a very hard thing for me! It's a bit cliche but no song is perfect, and yours won't be, so you just have to accept it. With time you will progress :)

Personally I've never had a coach, but I know that Chris Difford from Squeeze runs a workshop that many other 'famous' artists have attended, maybe check him out.

hope this helps
