Title: February SOTM Voting is open!
Post by: redrhodie on March 06, 2018, 01:36:07 PM: Here are the nominees for February. It was impossible to pick just five, so here are six very worthy contenders from a really strong field.

Everyone is welcome to vote. PM me with your choice by March 15th. Just one vote this month. No voting for yourself, and you have to vote to win.

That's a great idea, but I haven't used that function yet, and don't know how to do it. Can I put the poll in this thread, or do I need a new thread?

Oh, and with a poll, can it be set so people just vote once, and not for themselves?

You would need to create a new poll (thread) in the Competitions areas. I just set up a test poll in the Bar to see how it works. It can be set so that people only vote once, but looks like you can't see who voted for whom so that might be an issue ....

I also had idea ( not for this month) of using Survey Monkey, as that would allow collecting relative scoring, plus possiblly other info that might be of interest. However, will leave that for next time ...
