Lovely piano playing and vocals.
There doesn't seem to be a lyrical hook?
Maybe if you post the lyrics I would get it - us Canucks can be thick.. ;D ;D
Enjoyed the listen

Running fast til our race is run
Two punch drunk fighters trying be someone
Ronnie what have you done to us?
Ronnie what have you done.
If you seen the future then it's no surprise
Now we stand witness to our demise
Ronnie what have you done to us?
Ronnie what have you done.
It doesn't really matter anymore
And I'm left here thinking what it all was for
And If I was kind would she be out there
And I'd see her every sunday
Til she found a man who cared
Those champagne night's bathed in ice and gold
Some say we're legends well that's what I'm told
Ronnie what have they done to us?
Ronnie what have they done.
Now listen brother don't you ever feel alone
I know you struggle when you're on your own
I hope I not defined by the evil that I've done
Cos I am somebody's brother and we are our mother's sons
Forged together both of heart and soul
I doubt we'll see Jesus but only he could know
Ronnie I hope it was enough
Everything thing we done

Sorry I've had problems posting long messages on this forum tonight. Had no choice but to split it into parts. So sorry.

Hey man, unless you have the premium membership I think you'll find you gotta wait 2 weeks between posting songs.
The Platinum membership lets you post when you like and not do any reviews. Which some peeps obviously can afford. But not us. ;)

Thanks from the comp mate. The site just won't let me post a long message.
Also Id no idea about the time restrictions. Just kill the thread if must. Sorry.

Very well played and sung. I think they were pretty bad guys those two, so the touching ballad treatment you have given them probably idealises them in reality - maybe in the same way as Bonnie and Clyde were glamorised in their movie. It's puzzling how we do that in culture - yet this one works all the way, and its strangely reflective and poignant. Quite haunting really!
