Title: Magix Samplitude
Post by: kevysc on November 28, 2017, 10:13:35 AM
Are there any other Magix Samplitude users here? I've been using for many years, but have not found many others and would be interested in sharing tips/ experiences.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hi

This is my first post, I use Samplitude, I think it's a fantastic piece of software, so surprised not more
people use it, it's engine is broadcast quality.

I don't have many tips to offer, we can chat about it if you wish.

Welcome to the forum! I agree that Samplitude isa great package, although some of the documentation can be a little hard to understand! Have you published any music from it?

Hi

I've not formally published anything, that is i've not made any money from it. These days I don't reckon that's going to happen and anyway I don't really want to charge people for what I love doing. I'm just grateful if people get to hear what I do, and that's why I'm here, to make my music better by getting feedback from like minded souls, of all talent levels.

I agree the manual takes some reading, but I love the way one can manipulate at object level, although one does need rather a lot of processing power... I changed to an SSD a little while ago and that makes life better.

I used to live the same. But I think it's hard to use and it's not good. Just another for me Private

The more I use Samplitude the more I love it, yes it is complex, but it's really worth the effort, it's a case of if you want to do something, it can pretty much do it.
