For those interesting in recording / production this is "no brainer" territory
This is an incredibly realistic sounding analogue channel strip with EQ, Compressor and noise gate- but most of all it gives the classic SSL analogue colour
The plugin is quite long in the tooth - but this means it has stood the test of time and is also very cpu friendly
This is the "jewel" of the SSL bundle and is the first time it has been available separately at such a ridiculously low price!!!

Thought I'd missed it by the time I read this.
Didn't have time to read up on it in case the offer expired but as you said it's a no brainer and ive got no brain, it sounds perfect, so I bought it anyway.

I find the G Channel a bit more "aggresive" and much prefer the smoother E Channel - although having both covers a lot of ground ;D
