Title: Soundcloud problem

Sorry, silly newbie question...

I'm trying to record a "quick and dirty" demo for someone using the recording facility on Soundcloud.  I managed this once before from my home laptop, so I know it's possible.  However, when I click the "Rec" button nothing happens.  What could the problem be?

It suddenly started working again yesterday.  Still no idea what the problem was - could be my slow connection I suppose.  Never mind - I uploaded the demo!
