I thought i should share this with all the lyricists who are looking to have their song lyrics set to music. Sunset boulevard record company is looking for lyricists. The rules are very simple. You just send one of your songlyrics for free evaluation and if they see hit potential in your song lyrics then youre in.

You can google sunset boulevard record company or songwritingopportunities.com, theres a link there that links you straight to them.               And by the way 'summer feels good' has been accepted for recording.

The good things about that are "request" and "shortly after."  I strongly suspect you are right, but it doesn't hurt to dream.  ;o)

has anyone else had one of there songs excepted??? titiami did you pay the fee they asked for?? I don't know wether to trust them

If there's a "fee" then it isn't a "free evaluation."   

If it isn't free, they aren't looking for songs, they are looking of the fee. 

People who want your songs don't charge you to look at them. 

Those who charge you to look at them aren't actually going to look at them once they have what they came for (the fee.)

If there is a fee, walk away.

hey guys i didn't , after much research i discovered they are just a scam. after all i found it really hard to part away with my US$85.00, but they are still nagging me.

Always keep it real with what you sign away/pay for.

Research is very underrated.
