If anyone is interested in making a career/money out of their music I can heartily recommend Derek Sivers new book "Your Music & People".
Sivers was a session musician & record company exec before creating CD Baby & then selling it for millions and retiring in his 30`s.
His new book is filled with trix & tips for musicians to promote their wares.Its pretty concise, the audiobook is about 2 hours but its full of good ideas.
