Title: August SOTM Podium
Post by: Skub on September 16, 2016, 09:34:39 AM: A great turn out for the August comp,20 members cast their votes in my general direction. None of this mattered much,since it was those nominees who crossed my palm with the requisite amount of remuneration who figured in the results. Still,it was good fun anyway and made you all feel included. :)

The August SOTM podium consists of....

In first place,on the top step is Sandcastle Heart by LostBoy.

Second place goes to People Like That by Ironknee.

One point adrift from second place,in third we have Yours For the Taking by Jambrains.

First prize is a peck on the cheek by Uncle Skub.

Second prize is a long lingering kiss by Uncle Skub.

Third prize is a meaningful morning after snog by Uncle Skub.

The rest of you meet me in my special room on Saturday night and don't make plans for Sunday morning. ;)

They were three really great songs...in fact, it was one of the strongest fields of any SOTM competition I've seen in my time here...
