Well I have never heard a song linking hocky and love before... Certainly was an interesting read ;)

The lyics seemed to sing nicely - had a melody in mind as I was reading which is always a good sign

Just a thought,  there's a part of me that thinks

"We never think of giving up
When we're on a losing streak
We know with minutes on the clock
Our love will come back from defeat"

Might be better as:

"We never think of giving up
We know there's minutes on the clock
When we're on a losing streak
Our love will come back from defeat"

Not sure though, obviously your call

Hey RSM. Thanks for the nice comments and the suggestion. That's the way I originally had it  ???. But then I wasn't sure about changing the rhyme scheme half way thru the chorus :D. So there is an argument for either way. I guess the singer will decide (likely me  :))
