I wasn't sure how this one would go down what with its 6/8 major key verses and 4/4 minor key choruses not to mention the extreme tempo shifts. My wife call it jerky (or maybe she called me a jerk - can't remember
) But the song insisted that was what it wanted and who am I to argue with a song? At least I removed the bridge which pushed it even further OTT

@Skub - cheers skub - humbled by the Randy Newman comparison. Yeah I knew that farty synth might raise some shackles - but that's a risk the song was prepared to take (I tried talking him out of it)
