for anyone interested, this is where I am up to with this song. Please be aware this is only a rough mix, and there's real drums to go on it.
@pompeyjazz suggested that I use the title of this thread as the title for the song, which I did. Its ended up being called Stuck Inside a Cloud.
The lyrics aren't quite right yet, and I will fine tune them in the next couple of weeks.
I'm fairly happy with the arrangement though.

Great song, cant mistake the genre haha, seriously really enjoyed the song it has all the elements you look for in a good country song. Was quite surprised you used Dolby Atmos on it as I had been told it made the singer sound as if they were further away from the mix, that definately didn't show here the mix sounds great, great song, well done,

« Last post by Elvis Nash on Yesterday at 12:36:37 PM »I don't know what FX is Mora , BZ Lewis mixed it in Dolby Atmos mix . its a full day job doing it, This is stereo mix . I'll use the Dolby on You tube mix , It's like 555mb ,It takes a half hour to load . There's a trillion plug ins and gadgets , I let the producer deal with that , To much hype. it gives me a headache watching them vids. You either got a decent song or you don't . no matter how many toys you use . Well enough on music , I wonder if the catfish are biting today ? This raccoon under my mobile home mansion , sounds like he went to Home Depo and is building something at 3am . Well it keeps the dog amused .

I didn't know what I was going to hear...and I loved it, it has a very fresh, enveloping sound and the voice, any FX? It stands out great in the mix without the arrangement getting lost behind.
