Yeah,pretty entertaining, talk about laid back! I definitely do one of the tips as some would say all my lyrics are rubbish :o ;D

the project he spoke of was called "cooper 365" - he wrote a song a day for a year.. damned good practice i'd wager. he's got some really good songs from it too.

Good advice. The only thing I would add is "play your songs to others, get feedback and act on it".
