thank you all for listening & comments!

Im sorry if some of the sound effects were a bit loud ..but storms are loud arent they so I couldnt make them quiet could I? :)
The squeaky fuzz I kinda liked bcos it just sounded odd & a bit mechanical like this big car starting up ..not that a know anything about cars... so I kept it

all my songs start as instrumentals then I put lyrics to them...this tune was hard to fit words to so maybe it shows a bit
but im glad you like my singing ...often my voice just doesnt work with many song styles but here I was quite pleased

yes im glad some picked up on the bassline (it is me on bass.. i play everything)
I liked this bassline & I always make them important in a song

martyn I liked you saying the solo sounded like a rocket taking off  ...even tho it was meant to sound like a tornado  ;D but what you said will do
leo: fayes passageway! oh dear thats unfortunate ! ...hurricane way is surrounded by totally normal sounding roads so it is a bit mysterious  ...i made the Storms Estate up
Tell me Im wonderful & I ll be nice to you :)

Like standing in an electrical storm and being cut off from everything else (on headphones anyway). Features your characteristic and very skillful electric lead work nicely balanced with the effects - I can imagine that was tricky to mix. The effect on your voice was spot on - it gave it an ethereal, otherworldly feel.

The track is basically bloody scary and I've never hear some of those sounds anywhere before. I didn't expect to like the actual song but I did - I loved the menace and all the things you didn't say but which I could imagine for myself.

Very effective, disturbing and challenging. I liked it.

nooms: I know we joined on the same day or something a long time ago in 2011 & I now speak your wonderful language pretty well... but it took a long while  ;D
anyway I know every time someone mentions adrian belew I should take it as a compliment
thankyou nooms

monty: thanks ...yes its funny how being scared out of your wits in the safety of your own home (or cinema) is sought after entertainment....
I dint mean this to be scary when I started it but you just sort of know that if you do   it will be more popular
Tell me Im wonderful & I ll be nice to you :)

Loved it.  Full of storm like energy.
That 'manic' lead break was inspired.  ;D

Excellent.
The squeaky bits did cause some discomfort but so do flesh n blood storm girls. (If my memory serves me correctly)
The tension in the music makes me grateful for the steady voice.
Then I realise if it wasn't for that voice there'd be no tension, and I then I still can't leave it alone.

Thrilling stuff, inspiring, so much talent here.

Rightly.
It's either this or that, then again it might be the other.

I can promise you a future of slow decline.

And there you have it.

I love the energy and overall feeling – I’m getting a kind of accelerated and frenzied Justine Frischman/Siouxsie sort of vibe.  :o

Seriously, the song easily held my attention at first listen… I thought the Tank Girl reference above particularly apt. You have a powerful voice which also has a mesmeric quality which combines well on this.
I love the (skilled) use of clips for context/scene setting/atmospherics and with that in mind I thought the weather forecast/storm clips worked well, particularly at the intro. Okay the teeth loosening solo maybe a bit intense (for some) but it woke me up!

To sum up...Brilliant!

Most enjoyable, as usual. Vocals could come up a bit - okay on headphones, but lost in the mix when played through lappy speakers. Crazy guitar effects! Crazy sound effects. Great lyrics and a lovely voice. You should sing a whole lot more/
