Influences are The Libertines, Only Ones, Bob Dylan, The Smiths, Velvet Underground, The Coral and The Doors.

Not sure if their of any fans of that style on here, I do hope there is

Very scrappy, recorded accoustically on free recording software so please don't judge it too harshly, imagine it with a full band. I think it's got some potential though.

I really enjoyed that. I love the libertines and Dylan so i think this is right up my street. I love the bongos, kind of sounds like a mix of 'Lay Lady Lay' and 'Sympathy for the devil'. A great sounding arrangement as it is, i think it sounds great as it is with the acoustic guitar and doesn't really need a band. It reminds me sort of pete doherty's recent acoustic stuff.

My only comoplaint would be that the vocals are a bit quiet and buried in the mix a little but i know you can't help that if you only have basic software.

All in all, i enjoyed that and hope to hear more of this original sound.

However I'm glad that you also think it's original because there are far too many Doherty copycat writers around and we want our band to sound original
